“When I was nine years old I found out that Walt Disney wasn’t a magical universe, but a man; a creator. I think this – at the time shocking – notion that fairy tales and stories have to be created, had a great influence on me.”
De man & de vos is the name of Jasper’s production company that produces commissioned and personal films. From 2010 to 2014 Jasper produced films under this guise with Bart Voorbergen. The name refers to the act of collaboration; between the makers involved in making a film and between Jasper and his invisible fox.
“As allround filmmaker I’m always looking for inspiring commissions or collaborations. Contact me if you want to discuss possibilities. Or if you’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the conceptual and the artisanal to translate your idea into a high quality film. “
